If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or have made a mistake when placing your order please contact us immediately at within 24 hours of receiving your goods.

Items must be returned within 14 days and in original condition and include all original packaging. You, the buyer are responsible for any return shipping costs and the item is your responsibility until we receive it, so please use a postal service that you can track to ensure it reaches us. Items that return in an unsellable condition are not able to be refunded. Due to the nature of our paper goods, please consider whether you think it will arrive to us in perfect condition, we are unable to refund if an item arrives back to us with creases, bends or imperfections of any kind.


Terms and conditions


All goods (including orders of multiple items) are shipped by Royal Mail on a 1st or 2nd class service. We do not offer timed services within the UK. We offer free 2nd class shipping on orders of £50 and above.

We only offer a Royal Mail tracked service for overseas orders to Ireland, Europe, USA, Australia and all other worldwide territories. Prices are dependent on weight of order. For large orders we use UPS. Customers will be advised of the tracking code at the point of dispatch. 

We dispatch to the shipping address that you supply when placing an order. We aim to process and ship goods as quickly as possible (usually the same day) but within seven business days. If you would like your order quickly please get in touch and we can try and find a suitable service. Crispin Finn is not responsible for local or international shipping delays such as holidays, strike days, or customs delays. International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes .

EU Shipping

Crispin Finn is a member of the EU's IOSS. All orders to the EU will have VAT paid prior to delivery -woohoo!

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier. If you have any special shipping requirements or need to change an order destination address then please email us at

Missing/delayed Order

Very rarely a package can be delayed or go missing during transit, this can be exacerbated during the festive period when there is a higher demand for postal services or with delayed customs checks worldwide or with regional postal strikes. 
Please allow 12-15 working days (UK) and 20 working days (Worldwide) for your order to arrive before getting in touch and we will investigate. During the festive period and strikes these times can increase.

If we are notified of a missing or delayed package after 1 calendar month from the date of your dispatch confirmation we are unable to investigate, issue a duplicate or refund your order. 


We use only paper and cardboard within our packaging and are plastic free.

We encourage the practice of recycling packaging when you can. 


We accept all debit and credit cards as well as Paypal. All payments are handled securely by our Shopify gateway.


All our prices are in UK Pounds and include VAT. If you are ordering from outside the UK, the payment gateway will handle any currency conversions and relevant taxes.


We do not share customer information or details with any third party.

Paper and Printing

Crispin Finn use high quality water based TW Systems screen printing inks on all items that are printed in house.

We use carefully sourced recycled or FSC accredited papers with consideration to the environment wherever possible and appropriate. Wherever possible we work with local and ethically responsible producers for any items that we are unable to produce in house.
