All goods (including orders of multiple items) are shipped free of charge within the UK via Royal Mail Signed For, or an alternative courier service for larger orders such as UPS.
A flat rate of £6.50 operates on all goods (including orders of multiple items) to Ireland and Europe and of £9.50 on goods (including orders of multiple items) to USA, Australia and all other worldwide territories. This is a Royal Mail Tracked service, or an alternative courier service for larger orders such as UPS. Customers will be advised of the tracking code at the point of dispatch.
We dispatch to the shipping address that you supply when placing an order. We aim to process and ship goods as quickly as possible and within seven business days. Crispin Finn is not responsible for local or international shipping delays such as holidays, strike days, or customs delays. Crispin Finn is not responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier. We accept all debit and credit cards as well as Paypal. All payments are handled securely by our Shopify gateway.
All our prices are in UK Pounds and include VAT. If you are ordering from outside the UK, the payment gateway will handle any currency conversions and relevant taxes.
We do not share customer information or details with any third party.
Paper and Printing
Crispin Finn use high quality water based TW Systems screen printing inks on all items printed in house.
We use carefully sourced recycled or FSC accredited papers with consideration to the environment wherever possible and appropriate. Wherever possible we work with local and ethically responsible producers for any items that we are unable to produce in house.
